Bredhi i HotovesThis is a relaxing hike through the amazing forest of Bredhi i Hotoves National Park which offers stuning views towards the Dhembeli and Lunxheri mountain. You can also visit some ruins of a church in the summit where is an inviting place to take a rest.

The hike starts at forestry office and goes directly up through the forest on a narrow path which can be difficult to identify when the leaves have fallen. After a while you will reach a nice meadow when is easy to lose the trail. Keep left to the trail which goes throgh the forest and then keep again left to the next crossing. The route accends gently up to the summit when ruins of church can be found. The curch is an inviting place to take a rest and offers stunning views towards Dhembel and Lunxheri mountains.

The trail follows the crest with wanderful views and then decents at Qafa e Polonices. Take the decent in your left to get back at the trail head. The decent in your right takes you at Hotove and Kosove village. If you keep following the crest it will take you at Ogren mountain.

The decent is gentel and the trail is broad and easy to follow. After approx. 1.2 km you will see the ruins of a building which use to be the former office of forestry. Walk for some meters right to reach a watersource close to the stream.

The hike follows the broad trail and you will reach the gravel road after 800 meters. Keep left at gravel road to get back at the trailhead.
